Terms of Service

By accessing or using RealHit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Users retain ownership of all content they upload to RealHit. By uploading content, you grant RealHit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to: (a) upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes intellectual property; (b) use the Platform to spam, harass, or harm other users; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (d) use automated tools to scrape or collect data without prior written consent; or (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Platform's operation.

Your use of RealHit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

RealHit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or its community. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RealHit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealHit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
